Delivery

Items in stock are delivered to UK mainland addresses within 3-5 working days and between 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri), after clearance of the payment. However, some larger items may take longer to deliver, in the region of 5-7 working days. Timed & Specific day delivery is charged extra. In case of goods being out of stock we will endeavour to update you about the approximate availability time. Any time and date for the delivery of the goods is approximate and we shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of goods. If goods arrive in a damaged condition please sign the delivery note as unchecked and immediately inform us. Damage or shortage must be notified within 2 days of receipt of goods. It is your responsibility to sign for all packages as shown on the delivery/consignment note. Any missing packages must be noted on the same consignment note before the driver leaves. The courier companies we use are not insured to enter your house/premises and will therefore require your help (or other recipient) in handling any order in excess of 25kgs (large parcels).

Exchange and Refund Policy

We have a Seven day refund and exchange policy where 7 days from the day that you receive your goods, we will exchange or refund in full any product that is found to have a confirmed fault or defect. All confirmed faults and defects reported that fall outside our Refund and Exchange policy will be repaired at a manufacturer' authorised repair centre. In the event of any difficulty call us on 01429 835364 and we can advise you of what to do.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel.You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. The 7-day provision is designed to ensure such goods can be sold as new again.Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Any software, DVD/CD's must be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned. You will be wholly responsible under the 7-day regulation for the cost of return delivery and all damages will be at the consumer's risk. We interpret reasonable care as meaning the goods are in perfect new condition with all box and packaging intact. Your right to cancel does not apply to items that have been modified or customised outside the manufacturer specifications or specially ordered on your behalf. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation, or if requested, we can collect the goods from you at your cost. Once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. If you wish to cancel this contract, please write to Contract cancellation, Beaumont Nursery, Station Town, Wingate, County Durham, TS28 5LZ. To cancel this contract you must give us notice within 7 days starting on the day after the day you receive the goods from us. Alternatively Email query@beaumontnursery.co.uk We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods less the initial delivery charge, within 30 days of your written cancellation. Where goods are returned due to customer rejecting goods at the delivery point with no prior written consent/agreement with Beaumont Nursery we will refund the total amount paid less any cost of the sending and collecting goods from the delivery agent.
